Hot and Cold
May 1, 2018
It looks like Elsa ran away and made her own castle with little Olaf. She not only got mad at Ana, but also at people in my city. It took a toll on all of us.
The beginning of this spring had mainly consisted on snow, wind, and the cold itself. But that day was mainly bright and cloudy with a chance of rain. As I glared at my reflection from the window, I suddenly realized that I had to go to my friend’s birthday party.
I rushed up to my room to find something to wear. I wore a sundress and headed out the door. When I arrived to the house, I saw everyone dressed in snow coats. Then I remembered that the birthday party was winter themed. “Snow coats!” I thought to myself. It was impossible to get a snow coat by then.
“Who would ever think of a winter themed birthday party when spring has just begun?” I thought. It was time to leave, and I finally said goodbye. As soon as I stepped out the door, I felt as if I couldn’t move. I was also very confused. It was colder than normal. I looked at my flip flops and my dress.
Everyone in coats wasn’t bothered with the weather because they were dressed warm enough. On the other hand, I felt like Olaf because I was the only one bothered by the cold. Every step I took and every move I made, I felt the rush of air coming towards me. I felt like Anna from Frozen towards the end of the movie.
By the time I came home, I couldn’t feel my fingers and my feet were numb. My younger brother knew what had happened by the time I went to take a hot bath. And the next thing you know, I was in trouble.
“Oh no,” I said.
